  • If you experience any disruptions or outage after you have purchased our services, you should not be concerned. We will increase the period of your plan to cover for the time wasted during such outages and ensure that our clients get the best value for their money.
  • For us to be in a –position to deliver our services, it is imperative that your profile remains public at all times. Basically, we do not need to acquire your personal information for any reason. As such, you should not be worried about changing the status of your account to public.
  • Among our key priorities is a timely delivery of quality services to our clients. As such, you should expect to get the likes or followers you purchased from us within ten minutes to one hour.
  • After subscribing to any o our plans, likes and followers will only be delivered for new posts. Our service delivery will not cover the posts you sent before you subscribed for out services; the likes will only be delivered for the posts you make on your social media account after you have subscribed for our services.
  • You should understand that our service delivery may be tempered with by glitches on the SoundCloud platform. If this happens, you should be patient as the problem is being resolved.
  • If you would like to cancel your subscription for automatic likes, you should do so through your PayPal account. You may do this by visiting the payments page on your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payments for our company from there.
  • As a guarantee of quality services, we have a refund policy in place. However, this will only be effected in the event that there was a major problem affecting our service delivery during the subscription period.
